Processing Times

We typically prepare, package, and ship orders within 24–48 hours, and we’ll make every effort to get your order on its way quickly. If we notice any discrepancies or need to confirm details, we’ll reach out to you at the email address provided with your order.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

We’re happy to offer Free Economy Shipping (3-5 Business Days) on online purchases over $200 within Canada. The merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax and after any discount codes or promotions. If you’d like your items sooner, please choose the Express option or contact us directly to discuss other shipping options and costs.

Please note that some larger or heavier items may not qualify for regular shipping. If your order is not eligible, we’ll contact you with next steps; otherwise, the order may be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.

Local In-Store Pickup

We’re pleased to offer free in-store pickup for local customers.

Steps for In-Store Pickup

Place your order online and select "Pickup" at checkout, or give the store a call and we’ll be happy to help.

We’ll send you an email once your order is ready for pickup.

When you arrive at the shop, please show your order confirmation email and ID to one of our team members, and we’ll happily have your order ready for you.
